We loved staying in this hotel as it was located in a very peaceful area away from the city's chaos. The hotel was quite clean and had great facilities like free parking and an amazing breakfast. The location was not far from a shopping center in Cerny Most which was very convenient for us. Lastly, the staff was super friendly and really added to the overall experience of our stay.
Everything great.

The staff were helpful, and made an attempt at English. We arrived late, yet they stayed and waited for us to arrive after their normal opening hours. The hotel was located just a short drive from the city, yet it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was neat and tidy.
The bathroom was very small and there were not enough towels for everyone. (There were three of us in a room for three.)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. I couldn't believe how affordable it was for all the amenities I received. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They made sure that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. And let's not forget about the breakfast! The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, especially the delicious Czech beer served with it. Lastly, the location was perfect - nestled in a calm area that was quiet and peaceful, it was the ideal base for exploring the city.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, good food (great breakfast!), clean rooms and comfortable beds. The train goes every half an hour and takes 15 minutes (3 stops) - from Dolni Pocernice to Masarykovo Nadrazi which is in the city center. The pension has a nice inner yard, where you can sit and have breakfast or beer at the evening. It's located in a quiet district, just a perfect place after all day spent in the crowdy city center. And it's just a minute walk from a nice park beside a lake. A cash machine is literally around the corner from the pension.
The only discomfort was a boiler in the bathroom, but it was enough for one hot shower, and was heating fast.

Extremely friendly staff, great food, very comfortable and charming room.
The bathroom could do with some improvement. The water leaked out of the shower cabinet, and the soap out of the soap dispenser. The former was rather a pain.

We stayed at this hotel over xmas and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was great. Our room was in a quiet and safe location which made for a relaxing stay. We also loved the fact that there was a restaurant nearby which served fantastic food, and the complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close to good restaurants and public transport.
That our room was a bit small and lacked natural light. , the coffee from the machine at breakfast was not very good.
